刁全平, 1980年4月出生,山东潍坊人,毕业于吉林大学化学学院,分析化学专业,获博士学位。中国化学会会员、中国分析测试协会青年学术委员会东北工作委员会委员,辽宁省普通高等学校实验室建设及仪器设备管理工作先进个人,第十四届鞍山市优秀科技工作者。
